About us at CIBoost
We have enhanced collaboration in organizations since 2016.
It all began with the curiosity of two researchers from Stockholm School of Economics: "Can team performance be strengthened through an application?" Research showed that nothing enhances collaboration as effectively as when teams regularly discuss their collaboration. This gave birth to the idea of CIBoost – an application guiding teams to discuss the right things in a smart way. | Prof. Andreas Werr and PhD. Philip Runsten conducted a research study in 2018–2019. The results were striking: Teams having eight discussions about their collaboration increased their performance by 22%. In 2019, another study showed that CIBoost strengthens individuals' KASAM and reduces perceived stress. In 2023, a completely new application was launched with more content and improved user-friendliness. |

"Our jobs and workplaces have become much more complex, requiring increased collaboration skills. We develop these best through regular discussions and exercises in collaboration, known as team debriefs. With a digital tool, this is easily turned into a routine. It's a smart way for large organizations to enhance collective intelligence."

It all started with one researcher’s curiosity and the question: ”Can team performance be improved with an… app?”, resulting in research conducted at Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), Sweden, by professors Andreas Werr and Dr. Philip Runsten.
